WHY CRAFT BEER?
GOOD AND NATURAL RAW MATERIAL
Craft beer recipes are much more expensive than industrial beers.
It is produced using quality malt, hops, and yeast. Low cost and mass production are not a priority.
There are no artificial preservatives or additives.
FLAVOR
Craft beers do not experience flavor loss because they do not go through processes like pasteurization and filtration.
While industrial beers are produced in 6-8 days, craft beers take 20-25 days to be ready.
Different aromas and complex flavor profiles differentiate craft beer from industrial beer.
DIVERSITY
The vast majority of beers produced or imported in Turkey are of the pale lager style, commonly referred to as “water-like.” These beers are golden and clear but contain very few flavor elements. They are recommended to be consumed very cold to emphasize their thirst-quenching properties.
Craft beer, on the other hand, means variety: Bitter or fruity flavors, low or high alcohol content, and beers with different colors, carbonation, and clarity stand out in craft beer.
CULTURE
The primary motivation for consuming craft beer is to enjoy it. While industrial beers are mostly consumed for their thirst-quenching properties, consumers define the purpose of drinking craft beer as experiencing more sophisticated flavors and sharing pleasant moments.
