    For the last 30 years, the craze for craft beer has been increasing day by day in the world, especially in America, but Türkiye is far behind where it deserves in terms of both the number of craft beer producers and the amount of production. We have dreamed of producing craft beer in our hometown Adana for years. We gathered our courage during the pandemic period and set out to pioneer and add diversity to the craft beer culture in Turkey with the à santé brand.

    When we say à santé, we aim to first come to mind quality, excellent taste and mastery. Our goal is to produce the highest quality, most delicious and premium beers in Turkey. As you know, à santé means “to health” or “cheers” in French, but for us, à santé means enjoying our beers with our friends.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

Grinding

Mashing

By mixing the cleaned malt with hot water and soaking it, we activate the enzymes in it and thus reveal the sugar in it.

Filtration

By filtering the malt-water mixture, we purify the pulp and ensure that only the wort remains.

Decoction

Add our products into the filtered wort. hops, which gives its characteristic taste We add it and boil it at a certain temperature. Thus, the aromas from malt and hops integrate with each other.

Hot Rest

Before starting the fermentation, it is kept warm for a while and the wort is freed from hops and malt residues. We purify. In this part of the process, hops added according to the recipe provide spice and floral aromas.

Cooling

We cool the rested mixture and make it ready for fermentation.

Fermentation

By taking the cooled wort into the fermentation tank, adding yeast, and keeping it at a certain temperature and time, we ensure that the sugar turns into alcohol and the beer ferments.

Cold Rest

By resting the beer after fermentation is completed, the yeast settles and the beer becomes clear. We provide.

Bottling
