New Zealand Pilsner is a pilsner variant that became famous in the 2000s and emerged with the proliferation of hops native to New Zealand.

NZ Pilsner, which we produce using Riwaka hops, reminds us of New Zealand’s Sauvignon Blanc wines with its floral and fruity aromas. Its slight bitterness reminds us of Czech style pilsners. The rice paste we use in its production and supplied from Cappadocia makes it easier to drink.
