BELGIAN STRONG

Belgian Strong is à sànte‘s newest beer with 8% alcohol in the Belgian Strong Ale style!
It is a type of ale in which yeast originating from Belgium plays a leading role. These yeasts play a much more active role than other typical ale yeasts and create the character of the beer.
Esters formed during fermentation add a floral and fruity character to the beer, while phenols give it a spicy aroma. To reach an alcohol level of 8%, dextrose is added, as in the strong beers of Belgium.
